Senior Product Designer - Job Description

Role Overview:
- Join the Product team as Senior Product Designer.
- Work closely with CEO, CTO, Senior Product Designer, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive and execute roadmap and vision for the platform.
- Focus on valuable, easy-to-use, well-crafted products through user-centric design.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
- Deliver and refine storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research.
- Create, collaborate on, and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- Doer mindset aligned with Riot's culture.
- 4+ years experience designing UX/UI for software.
- 4+ years experience using Figma.
- Ability to work independently from concept to completion.
- Skilled at designing simple solutions for complex problems.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to UI details.
- Proficient in prototyping to articulate design decisions.
- Willingness to explore beyond comfort zone and accept feedback constructively.
- Motivated by the cybersecurity mission (expertise not required).
