Senior Product Designer - Job Description

Role Overview:

• Join the Product team as Senior Product Designer.
• Work closely with CEO, CTO, Senior Product Designer, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive and execute roadmap and vision for the platform.
• Focus on valuable, easy-to-use, well-crafted products through user-centric design.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
• Deliver and refine storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research.
• Create, collaborate on, and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• Doer mindset aligned with Riot's culture.
• 4+ years experience designing UX/UI for software.
• 4+ years experience using Figma.
• Ability to work independently from concept to completion.
• Skilled at designing simple solutions for complex problems.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to UI details.
• Proficient in prototyping to articulate design decisions.
• Willingness to explore beyond comfort zone and accept feedback constructively.
• Motivated by the cybersecurity mission (expertise not required).
