Job Description
PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Incident Analysis to join the Incident Management team. The role reports to the Director of Product for Incident Management and partners with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. The focus is on defining and delivering data-driven, user-centric experiences that transform incident data into continuous improvement and operational excellence opportunities. The candidate should thrive at the intersection of analytics, DevOps, and user experience. Important note: While remote, preference for candidates near San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of roadmap for Incident Analysis products.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with design and engineering for intuitive user experiences.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and opportunities.
- Track and analyze product performance; iterate features to maximize value.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in product management for B2B SaaS, DevOps, or data-analytics platforms (or equivalent).
- Fluency with data analysis or analytics products (telemetry, observability, post-incident review).
- Proven success shipping features focused on workflow automation or operational improvement.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success).
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments.
- Direct experience with DevOps, SRE, or related tooling in SaaS or modern infrastructure context.
- Exposure to ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Splunk).
- Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement.
- Results-oriented, intellectually curious, collaborative.
Salary Information
- Base salary range: $161,000 - $271,000 USD.
- Eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
- Salary range varies by role level and location; pay determined by market location, skills/competencies, experience.
