Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager role at Vetcove involves enhancing and scaling platforms that power veterinary clinics and pet parents. Responsibilities include owning high-impact product initiatives end-to-end (strategy, roadmap, execution, optimization), driving cross-functional alignment, improving user experience and operational efficiency, monitoring product performance and feedback, overseeing quality assurance processes, removing roadblocks to customer growth and retention, and building relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is critical in defining product vision, evaluating tradeoffs, assessing strengths/opportunities/risks of software products/services, and shaping the long-term strategy of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals. The team is fast-moving and focused on solving big challenges in an industry rapidly embracing technology. The platform supports day-to-day operations of veterinary clinics from medical records to online shopping with a mission to create a better, more efficient way for clinics to serve their patients. The Senior Product Manager works closely with engineers, onboarding specialists, support teams to bridge product and user needs; their insights drive platform improvements aligned with evolving needs of veterinary clinics and pet parents.
