PagerDuty delivers always-on digital experiences to modern businesses. Role Summary: PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Incident Analysis to join the Incident Management team. Reporting to the Director of Product for Incident Management, this role partners with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver data-driven, user-centric experiences that transform incident data into continuous improvement opportunities and operational excellence. The role involves owning and shaping the product roadmap for products used by DevOps, SRE, and digital operations teams. Important Note: Preference given to candidates near San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto hubs despite remote posting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of roadmap for Incident Analysis products delivering meaningful user and business outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from needs discovery through launch and iteration focusing on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and learning.
  • Engage customers and cross-functional partners to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze product performance; iterate features to maximize user value and business impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management for B2B SaaS, DevOps, or data-analytics platforms or equivalent.
  • Fluency with data analysis or analytics products (telemetry, observability, post-incident review).
  • Proven success shipping features focused on workflow automation or operational improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, sales, customer success teams.
  • Authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with incident management lifecycle or operational reliability in cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with DevOps, SRE or related tooling in SaaS/modern infrastructure context.
  • Exposure to ML/AI-driven insights or advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Splunk).
  • Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement.
  • Results-oriented, intellectually curious, collaborative.

Compensation: Base salary range: 138,000 - 209,000 CAD. May be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, benefits. Salary depends on role level and location. Work Model & Locations: Hybrid work model with offices in Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto.
