About the Role:

We are expanding the Papa Community team and looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product development for Papa Community. You'll be our first dedicated PM 6 the person responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for our platform while partnering closely with engineering, clinical operations, and the GM to build the tools that power our care model at scale. This is a rare opportunity to define the product from the ground up at a company where the product decisions you make today will shape how we deliver care for years to come.

This role is unique because:

• You'll own the platform that powers our care model. The platform you build is the operational backbone of Papa Community 6 it determines how our care team provides engaging member experiences, enhances care pathways, and ultimately demonstrates improved patient outcomes. V1 of our platform got us operational; the ongoing investment is where Papa Community's clinical intelligence gets built.
• You'll be handed a business problem and given real latitude to figure out the right way to solve it. If what excites you is being trusted to define what to build and why, this is the role for you.
• You'll report directly to the GM, and partner closely with the engineering and clinical teams. Your voice will shape platform strategy, build vs. buy decisions, and how we sequence investment across the roadmap.
