Must Have

• 5+ years hands-on technical experience focused on IT Operations / Professional Services delivery.
• Knowledge and ability to work with SaaS and traditional software APIs (REST, SOAP, WS), webhooks for scripting, tooling development, integration development, ETL activities.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and DevOps SRE toolchains (GitHub, Terraform, Chef, Artifactory, JFrog, Nomad, Consul, Vault).
• Advanced scripting skills (Python, Javascript, Go, Ruby, Perl) and fundamental Linux knowledge.
• Deep technical knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow (Admin, Scripting, GScript/Rhino), Jira, Remedy.
• Understanding of monitoring systems such as DataDog, Dynatrace, Nagios, New Relic, Splunk, Zabbix.

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated Python and Javascript experience especially with AWS Lambda and standalone automation/scripting/tooling contexts.
• Hands-on technical background using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM).
• Familiarity or enthusiasm for PagerDuty’s product space.
• Preparedness to give a demo showcasing skills.
