The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Rails Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), remote position with long-term potential. You’ll design and scale systems that power a high-performance, globally distributed SaaS platform. Alongside backend services, you’ll be deeply involved in extending and refining our custom design system built on Hotwire and Tailwind, ensuring a consistent and scalable UI foundation across the product. You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering Manager, frontend developers, and product stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliver elegant, performant experiences. We value stability and deep product knowledge. We’re looking for engineers who see themselves growing with a product and team for years, not just their next short-term contract.
