Senior Renewal Manager - Full Job Description

- Responsible for managing all Miro subscription renewals, direct and through the partner channel.

About the Role
- Own the renewal journey for existing customer base in the DACH region.
- Achieve high retention rates by acting as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
- Drive the end-to-end renewal process from initiation to close.
What you’ll do
- Own the renewal journey from initiation to close for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in DACH.
- Act as a "T-Shaped" partner, thinking beyond your function to ensure best outcomes for customer and Miro.
- Collaborate at eye-level with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts and high data hygiene within CRM.
- Ruthlessly simplify renewal processes to maintain high-velocity execution.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a commercial SaaS role.
- Proven success in mitigating churn in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and "Intellectual Honesty" when navigating difficult customer conversations.
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts per quarter).
- A "can-do" attitude with resilience to navigate a fast-paced "marathon of sprints."
