About the Role

• Own the renewal journey for existing customer base in the DACH region.
• Achieve high retention rates by acting as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
• Drive the end-to-end renewal process from initiation to close.

What you’ll do

• Own the renewal journey from initiation to close for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in DACH.
• Act as a "T-Shaped" partner, thinking beyond your function to ensure best outcomes for customer and Miro.
• Collaborate at eye-level with Account Executives and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate 120-day forecasts and high data hygiene within CRM.
• Ruthlessly simplify renewal processes to maintain high-velocity execution.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a commercial SaaS role.
• Proven success in mitigating churn in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and "Intellectual Honesty" when navigating difficult customer conversations.
• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts per quarter).
• A "can-do" attitude with resilience to navigate a fast-paced "marathon of sprints."
