Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions across Sophos. This role combines deep functional expertise with strategic thinking - driving process excellence, intelligent automation, and innovation within our SAP Finance landscape. You will act as a trusted advisor to Finance and IT stakeholders, shaping scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance financial performance and control. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in modernizing our SAP landscape, including enhancing Finance capabilities and driving AIenabled innovation. What You Will Do

Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the analysis and design of end-to-end SAP FI/CO solutions aligned to business objectives.
Translate complex finance requirements into high-quality functional specifications.
Configure and optimise SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax) and CO (Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Internal Orders).
Ensure strong integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.
