Role Responsibilities

• Build Zip’s core products and architecture including request management, no-code workflow builders,

reporting dashboards, ticketing system connections, financial integrations, B2B payment processing.

• Design and build reliable and resilient products/features.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write high-quality extensible and maintainable code.
• Develop scalable frontend applications/components and APIs for web-based applications.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g., physics or math).
• Experience with web application and API development in production; Zip’s stack includes Python,

JavaScript, React, GraphQL.

• Familiarity with build/test/deploy tools like Kubernetes,

Spinnaker, Jenkins, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana.

• Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and languages as needed.
• Bonus: experience in small companies with diverse responsibilities; experience integrating APIs with external systems like Jira,

ServiceNow, Slack.

Salary Range

$150,000 - $210,000 (based on location, experience, education).
