About the role
Skills: Typescript, Python, React We are looking for a motivated software engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with the co-founders and our early customers to help health systems operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with co-founders (both technical) to build product features for early customers
- Work closely with early customers to understand business requirements and build features that really matter
- Help grow the engineering organization and set cultural direction

Phone Screen
This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it9s a good fit for you. We are looking for people who have a strong interest in working on an early stage company with initial traction. We'd also love to learn more about what technical projects you've shipped and answer any questions you might have about us.
Technical On-Site
Come meet us in San Francisco! We'll send you a problem to take a look at 24 hours ahead of your visit. For your visit, we'll be working collaboratively on the problem. You can get a good sense of what a regular day is like at Latent, and we can see how we would collaborate together.
