Role and Responsibilities

• Build Infrastructure Cloud enabling unified Infrastructure and Security Lifecycle Management.
• Work on Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (Terraform, Packer, Waypoint, Nomad).
• Work on Security Lifecycle Management (Vault, Boundary, Consul).
• Develop enterprise-grade unified SaaS platform HCP and self-managed/on-premises options.

Team Details

• Core Data org manages data schemas and data across services, APIs, organizations.
• Infragraph group builds platform to model, connect, query infrastructure resources.
• Role: Engineer II in Infragraph Connector Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-ready connectors for cloud/infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, HCP).
• Contribute to technical design of connector ecosystem.
• Solve technical problems related to distributed systems, API integrations, data modeling.
• Collaborate with engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Partner with product managers and designers on roadmap and technical direction.
• Define best practices and reference implementations for connectors.
• Work cross-functionally with Infragraph Platform team and Graph Engine team.
• Support external contributor community by reviewing third-party contributions.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Education

• Master's Degree.

Required Technical/Professional Expertise

• 2-3+ years hands-on experience building/maintaining production services.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably in Go.
• Interest/experience in system design.
• Effective communicator valuing collaboration and continuous learning.
• Experience or interest in integration-heavy services or third-party public APIs.

Preferred Technical/Professional Experience

• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience building developer-facing SDKs/APIs or open-source/external contributor communities.
• Familiarity with Pub/Sub systems (Google pub/sub, AWS SQS) and Observability tools (Datadog).
