Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (LATAM)

We9re looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer to expand our growing business and Enterprise team in the Latin America. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customer9s hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you9ll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian9s customers. You9ll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. If you9re a customer-obsessed, top-performing enterprise Solutions Engineer this may be your dream job. Please note, this role requires Spanish fluency as you will be partnering with our teams and customers across Latin America.

Responsibilities

In role, you will:

  • Partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers,... tracking overall customer profile...
  • Participate in customer discovery to understand current state...
  • Probe for additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.
  • Investigate client pain points.
  • Be product expert of Atlassian software pre-sales process...
  • Broad understanding of full Atlassian product offerings...
  • Lead compelling value-based demonstrations...
  • Guide customer's technical needs for buy-in...
  • Forge strong partnerships with account executives...
  • Track product feedback and competitive intelligence...
  • Continuously learn pre-sales/product knowledge.

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • 5+ years interacting mid-market/enterprise customers pre-sales capacity.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers (Fortune 500).
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Creative problem solver interpreting complex business problems.
  • Comfortable both business & technical contexts.
  • Passionate about learning & growth.
  • Customer-centric mindset with executive relationship building skills.

Compensation

Base pay zones: Zone A: $168 ,300 - $219 ,725 Zone B: $151 ,200 - $197 ,400 Zone C: $139 ,500 - $182 ,125 Eligible for benefits/bonuses/commissions/equity. More info at go.atlassian.com/payzones.
