THE ROLE Senior Sourcing Manager We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Managerto join our growing Home team. This role will report to the VP of Home Sourcing. In this role, you will lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy for Quinces North Americabased Home Hard Lines categories, with a particular focus on Made-to-Order (MTO) upholstery products. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our North American-based manufacturing network, including close partnership with fabric mills. Success in this position means driving best-in-class vendor onboarding and development, ensuring quality and compliance, negotiating costs to deliver margin improvement, and enabling operational excellence across the region. You will partner closely with Home Merchandising, Planning, Design, and Operations to bring high-quality products to market quickly and reliably, in support of Quinces mission to make luxury-quality home goods accessible. Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for North Americabased manufacturers of Home Hard Line products (both MTO and stocked), including fabric mills
• Lead cost negotiations, contracts, and margin improvement initiatives with Americas-based suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new factory partners with high quality standards, scalable capacity, and reliable lead times
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to launch new products efficiently and reliably
• Visit key vendor partners regularly to troubleshoot issues, audit quality and delivery performance, and build long-term strategic relationships
• Drive factory-side product development cycles in close partnership with Design and Merchandising
• Ensure successful order execution with vendors by reviewing production timelines, ensuring SLA adherence, accelerating production where needed, and optimizing quick-ship performance
• Ensure compliance with Quinces ethical sourcing, social responsibility, and sustainability standards

Qualifications Required:

• 7+ years of sourcing experience with a strong track record in furniture and/or Home Hard Lines manufacturing and vendor management
• Deep understanding of furniture production processes, including Made-to-Order upholstery and casegoods
• Experience working within the premium or luxury furniture segment
• Proven strength in cost negotiation, commercial decision-making, and margin optimization
• Highly organized, autonomous ,and adaptable; comfortable operating in a fast-paced ,high-growth environment
• Based in the United States (remote), with the ability to travel to vendor partners approximately 1 6 times per month

Preferred:

• Experience working with higher-end furniture brands
• Prior experience as an e-commerce Category Manager

Candidates based in the SF Bay Area will be required to work in a hybrid capacity ,3 days per week (Monday ,Wednesday ,and Thursday). All candidates outside of that region will be able to work in a fully remote capacity .No relocation is required. All posted ranges are reflective of base salaryand may vary depending upon experience leveland location. Bonusand equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
