What are we looking for?
Complete is at an exciting inflection point and we’re looking for Senior or Staff Engineers to help scale us to $XXM+ ARR. You'll be a great fit if you like to move with urgency and high agency. We're engineers obsessed with customer outcomes who love challenging status quo. At a high level there are three areas you can expect to lean on at Complete:

We're scaling! To new countries, X0k+ users & high-profile logos. We’re actively winning enterprise segment working on deep problems like revamping authorization, c ustomizability, observability, security & more.
