About Us Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake - now one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales channels. Marketplace sales are operationally complex: pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance all intersect across multiple cloud providers. Suger removes this complexity with an API-first revenue platform that powers quote-to-cash and marketplace workflows at scale. Launched in 2022, Suger works with over 250 B2B customers, from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re a Series A company backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations. In this role, you’ll define how AI is applied to complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance - areas where correctness, trust, and explainability matter as much as speed. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, GTM teams, and customers to translate real operational pain points into products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented PM role. You’ll work “close to the metal” by shaping platform primitives, data models, and automation boundaries, not just feature specs, and by making tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and customer experience. This role is ideal for a Senior/Staff Product Manager who:
- Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- Has strong product design sensibility and visual/UX taste
- Is excited by complex systems and platform products
- Wants to shape how AI is used in production, not just prototypes
- Is comfortable partnering deeply with senior engineers and enterprise customers
We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.
In this role, you will
- Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows, bringing strong UX instincts and design taste to every interaction - and continuously iterate based on real customer behavior.
- Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions... partnering closely with engineering to ship correct... reliable features in production.
- Define and track success metrics including adoption... efficiency gains... customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Customer Success... gather qualitative... quantitative feedback... support onboarding to deeply understand edge cases... trust concerns around automation.
We're seeking someone with experience including:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in tech... ideally in B2B SaaS... developer platforms or enterprise software... portfolio or track record demonstrating strong design instincts.
- Strong product design sensibility...
- Experience with AI-powered products...
- Fluency across full product lifecycle...
- Strong critical thinking...
- Clear communication...
- Experience with Salesforce etc. is a plus

Suger is a Cloud GTM automation platform that helps B2B SaaS companies list, transact, and co-sell on AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace from a single platform. It supports AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace (GCP), and Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Suger automates co-sell by syncing CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot) with AWS ACE, GCP Partner Advantage, and Azure co-sell programs — eliminating manual submissions and tracking. Most ISVs go live on their first cloud marketplace within days, not months. Suger's API-first integrations require no internal engineering resources.
