Position Summary
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Mashgin, you will define products and features integrating software, hardware, and services to provide frictionless commerce experiences. The role requires a strong technical background and customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities include prioritizing customer experience and managing tradeoffs between technology, business, and customer needs. You will lead product development with the software engineering team, define product roadmap and features, handle industry-specific requirements across various customer verticals (cafeterias, convenience stores, sports stadiums, airports), and work in a hybrid-remote role based in Palo Alto, CA.
You Will Be
- Building new features and products from 0 to 1
- Acting as the product lead for a cross-functional team of software engineers, support, and sales
- Prioritizing and executing initiatives that realize product strategy and growth
- Conceptualizing, scoping, defining, and driving projects through the product life cycle
- Working cross-functionally with customer success and marketing teams to validate, launch, support, and monitor new features
- Tracking and measuring the success of each release and feeding learnings back into the roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, Java
- Strong product sense with mature understanding of delivering great customer experience to developers, customers, clients
- 7+ years of Product Management experience including at least one full product development cycle from concept to introduction; experience with consumer hardware coupled with software strongly preferred
- Passionate about user experience; able to inspire and educate designers and engineers with thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases
- Strong leadership and communication skills; experienced in managing/motivating cross-functional teams/individuals (internal/external)
- Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, influence others to achieve results across teams
- Self-starter with proactive attitude; demonstrated self/team motivator with bias for action

- Experience in fast-paced work environment shipping quality code quickly and iterating
