About the Role
In this high impact forward deployed position, you will build the intelligent backbone of a modern supply chain platform. Rather than building internal demos, you will embed directly with operational teams to identify manual friction and ship production grade agentic systems that permanently eliminate labor intensive workflows. This is a high autonomy role designed for engineers who thrive on shipping end to end automation that connects directly to core warehouse and order management infrastructure.
Most Important
- Expert Backend Engineering with 3+ years of production experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
- AI Assisted Workflow Proficiency using tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a mandatory part of your daily development process.
- LLM Integration Mastery focusing on tool use, structured outputs, and prompt engineering with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
- Advanced Data Modeling skills centered on PostgreSQL for handling complex operational data.
- Distributed Systems Integration experience building RESTful APIs that connect AI agents to internal event streams and services.
- Production Standards Commitment through high observability, tracing, and stable monitoring at scale.
Nice to Have
- Agentic Framework Expertise building full end to end workflows beyond simple LLM wrappers.
- Back Office Automation background specifically in reconciliation, reporting, or triaging.
- Familiarity with Specialized Tooling such as Elixir, Kafka, or GCP.
- Python Programming skills for data wrangling or model integration scripts.
