Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own end-to-end product design across Zyra's mobile app and website. This role requires strong product thinking, systems design capabilities, and the ability to simplify complex insurance workflows into intuitive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UX and UI across mobile app and website.
- Define user journeys, flows, and information architecture.
- Design pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Build and scale a design system.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams.
- Improve activation, conversion, retention, and trust metrics.
- Manage sprint workflows and tasks using JIRA.

What We're Looking For
-4–8+ years of product design experience (UI/UX). -Strong portfolio with shipped products and measurable impact. -Systems thinking and simplification skills. -Strong visual design fundamentals and interaction detailing. -Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments. -Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
