As a hackathon enthusiast, Bruno has won several hackathons including ETHDenver (the world’s largest hackathon of decentralized tech). Shawn Li: as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, Shawn spent the last 5 years leading teams working on Natural Language Understanding for Siri, Safari, and Spotlight.

Job Description

About you:

• Creator-operator mindset. You love turning ideas into live campaigns—drafting copy, designing the asset, hitting “post,” and immediately watching the numbers roll in.
• Move fast, learn faster. You iterate in hours, not weeks, and treat every post, email, or experiment as a data point to refine the next one.
• Analytical to the core. CTR, CAC, follower LTV, cohort retention—you know (or want to learn) the metrics that matter and can pull insights from Sheets, GA4, or a quick SQL query.
• Design-literate. Basic Figma/Canva chops mean you don’t wait on a designer; you can lay out a carousel, social card, or lightweight motion graphic yourself.
• Community builder. You’re comfortable jumping into comments, Discord/Slack groups, and DMs—amplifying advocates, answering questions, and funneling product feedback back to the team.
• Owner mentality. If you see a growth opportunity—new channel, influencer partnership, email drip—you scope it, ship it, and report the results without waiting to be asked.
• Curious and coachable. You proactively seek feedback, challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking, and level-up quickly in unfamiliar territory.
• Clear communicator. Whether drafting a one-liner hook, writing a long-form blog, or presenting experiment results, your writing is crisp and your reasoning is tight.
