About the role
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on Palette’s Engineering team, you will:
- Engineer reliable and maintainable systems to meet the requirements of a fast-growing user base.
- Actively participate in the design process to architect solutions that are both compelling and pragmatic.
- Oversee the organization and quality standards of the backend codebase.
- Research and advocate for innovative technologies and approaches to tackle complex challenges.
- Engage in every phase of the software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment.

- Backend: NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB
- Operations: AWS
About you
- 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development or enterprise backend application development.
- Team player who is eager to provide feedback and open to receiving feedback as learning opportunities.
- Skilled at prioritizing to deliver on time with speed of execution without compromising quality.
- Bonus if familiar with the ShapeUp methodology.
