• Location: Sydney, Australia | Remote
• Internship Duration: 12 weeks between November 2026 - February 2027
• Work Hours: Full-time (40hrs/week)
• Eligibility: Australian and New Zealand Citizens and Australian Permanent Residents
• Reporting to Senior Engineers
• Responsibilities:
• Use foundation in computer science and software writing skills to tackle hard problems.
• Deliver high-quality software quickly and efficiently.
• Work as part of a unified R&D team focused on cloud migration and core product suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket).
• Make code changes that directly impact products.
• Dream up and code new features for shipping into products.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Commitment to the full 12-week program.
• Current full-time enrolment in Bachelors or Masters in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical program.
• Graduation by January 2028.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C, C++, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and practical problem-solving applications.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Software engineering experience via internships, work experience, projects, open-source contributions or publications.
• Interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts and technologies (MCP, agentic AI).
• Basic understanding of system design patterns and software architecture.
