About the role

This role is ideal for a strong programmer with a versatile software development background and a passion for AI, machine learning, and robotics.
What you will do:
- Build and productionize advanced computer vision and multimodal AI systems for real-world industrial deployment, with a focus on detection, segmentation, visual understanding, and VLM/LLM-powered reasoning.
- Transform large-scale visual data collected by autonomous robots into actionable insights for progress tracking, safety monitoring, and project intelligence.
- Develop AI systems for use in robotics, construction, energy, and telecommunications.
- Work closely with engineers and annotators to expand and improve high-quality training datasets.
- Support and scale machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
Required:
- 3+ years of proven academic or industry experience building computer vision systems, including areas such as object detection,... segmentation,... visual understanding,... or multimodal models.
- Strong Python skills,... build,... test,... iterate quickly in production-oriented environment.
- Proficiency using modern AI-assisted development tools such as coding agents,... GitHub Copilot,... similar systems to accelerate implementation,... debugging,... iteration.
- Solid problem-solving skills,... strong ownership,... ability to communicate clearly across technical/non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with data pipelines,... model evaluation,... real-world ML workflows.
Good to have:
- Strong background in mathematics,... statistics,... physics,... or another highly quantitative field.
- Experience with VLMs (Vision-Language Models), LLMs (Large Language Models), or multimodal AI systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps (machine learning operations), cloud infrastructure,... training or deployment pipelines.
- Back-end experience with modern frameworks; Django... MySQL are a plus.
