• Responsible for increasing awareness, visitors, and trial signups (no sales team).

Programs:

• Content and communications group crafts stories to power company growth.
• Owns blog posts, guides, newsletters, social engagement, and customer communications.
• Uses Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Teamwork for planning and collaboration.
• Communication mainly via Slack and Zoom.

Experience Required:

• Minimum seven years driving awareness for sophisticated B2B audiences.
• Experience owning large multichannel content or organic growth programs end to end.
• Familiarity with product development domain important.
• Strong writing skills combined with expertise in SEO, AI optimization/GEO, content repurposing,

backlink efforts, authority-building.

• Experience designing and running integrated content growth strategies.
• Comfortable leading cross-team work and interacting with company leaders.
• Proactive and resourceful in working with writers,

editors, designers, and product marketers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy for organic growth and content distribution across search,

AI, social, email, website.

• Deepen understanding of market,

costumers, and products.
