The Strategic Finance team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will adapt quickly to change and will champion the advancement of processes that will enhance the overall strategic finance function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own datacenter financial modeling; build and manage complex financial models to support large-scale capital investments and infrastructure projects; support senior leadership to make investment decisions on datacenters
- Serve as finance business partner to the R&D organizations to help manage, plan and forecast investments as well as to assist with analysis of key drivers of financial performance. Interact with leaders across procurement, product, infrastructure, engineering in supporting the R&D organization
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, providing ROI and "What-if" analysis to help leadership make data-driven decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
- Help prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, translate raw data into clear, high-level strategic takeaway
What We’ll Expect From You
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), venture-backed high-growth company, or a fast-paced Fortune 500 environment (a plus)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts, and translate strategic initiatives into financial models
- Experience in datacenter, GPUs (Graphics Processing Units), and capital intensive businesses is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines consistently
- Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
- Exceptional work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude; highly driven; self-motivated; excellent business partnering skills
- Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation Range:
- $93,600.00 - $125,000.00
