Sr Partner Development Solution Architect

We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in? Why would you love this job? As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will work with leading SIs of the world on Redis powered solutions. You will play a crucial role in accelerating adoption of Redis Enterprise (Redis Software, Azure Managed Redis, Redis Cloud on AWS/GCP) through partners by demonstrating technical value and influencing business decision makers. It would involve showcasing Redis AI capabilities and embedding them into partner/customer solutions. You will help partners overcome challenges in designing technical architecture on Redis and add business value to developed solutions. If you are a technology expert and enjoy working with technical teams to develop competencies through workshops, sessions, solution architecture discussion etc, this role is for you. • You will build and maintain relationships with technical teams at partner organisations to help and enable them to effectively use Redis capabilities for solution design.
• Responsible for partner competence on Redis driven through one to many sessions, certifications, workshops and solution discussions.
• Align with partner Center of Excellence strategies to ensure Redis is a technology of choice for customer facing technical solution teams.
• Develop partner champions who advocate adoption of Redis across customer solutions and deliver technical wins.
• Create and support strategy through partner teams to drive pipeline generation. Align on strategic accounts and RFP to position Redis as part of the solution.
• Build relationships across different verticals and BUs of the partner team and evangelize for Redis solution.

Qualifications

• Any public cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• 5+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI fundamentals (Required)
