Role: Senior Product Manager for Cross Product Services team.
Location: San Francisco, CA.
Focus: Lead product development for critical services powering multi-product experiences (account, product, user provisioning, team management).
Collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to build flexible systems powering the product portfolio.

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for foundational cross-product services (accounts & user provisioning).
Own vision, design, evolution of shared systems managing free/paid accounts, team structures, user/product provisioning ensuring reliability, scalability, extensibility.
Collaborate with product, engineering, business partners to scale systems and support new business models and future products/acquisitions.
Transform ambiguity into alignment by identifying core shared services needs and driving cross-company adoption of scalable services.

Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management building shared services, platform services and APIs.
