The Role
Location: Remote 1 Canada As a Senior Product Manager on the Partnerships team, you will own product initiatives that expand our go-to-market reach and customer value through strategic partnerships. This role focuses on external and ecosystem aspects working closely with the Director of Partnerships and PartnerOps team to identify, validate, and execute product opportunities across integrations, marketplaces, referrals, resellers, and partner-driven growth channels. Collaborate with engineering, design, data teams; understand partner workflows, customer needs, adjacent tools, market opportunities. Partner with CPO and product leadership to align initiatives with long-term vision.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own product strategy and execution for partnership-related initiatives
- Translate partnership goals into product bets, roadmaps, measurable outcomes
- Balance short-term partner needs with long-term platform scalability
Partner & Customer Discovery
- Understand partner types (integrations, marketplaces, resellers, referrals)
- Conduct discovery to identify workflows, integration points, expansion opportunities
- Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Partnerships, PartnerOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success for GTM support
- Partner with engineering/design to define problems and deliver solutions
- Act as product owner from concept through launch/iteration
Execution & Delivery
- Create product requirements, technical specs, success metrics for engineering
- Own roadmap and ensure delivery against priorities
- Manage tradeoffs balancing customer impact and business value
Metrics & Impact
- Define/track OKRs related to partner adoption usage revenue impact
- Use data/qualitative insights for evaluation and iteration
- Identify opportunities to improve scale/reliability/leverage across ecosystem
Team & Process
- Improve product management practices across team
- Mentor/support other PMs through collaboration/knowledge sharing
