Join Zapier’s new AI Tasks team where you’ll own the core AI surfaces that make our customers’ workflows smarter—shipping and scaling products like AI by Zapier and Human in the Loop that thousands rely on to extract classify summarize and safely approve actions in production automations. You’ll partner across our AI Orchestration portfolio (Agents Chatbots Copilot platform capabilities) to design elegant reliable AI execution patterns at scale—reducing friction raising quality turning complex AI into approachable building blocks for real businesses. We’re hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers (both frontend backend leaning) to help invest in taking these surface areas to the next level. You’ll collaborate closely with AI experts product managers designers platform engineers to bring LLM-native workflows to life — with users usability always at the center. Zapier Agents is a new fast-moving product at intersection of AI automation product-led growth. In this role you’ll:

• Design build features that allow users delegate tasks orchestrate workflows using natural language
• Collaborate with platform team that manages agent memory reasoning execution system integrations
• Build refine user-facing features interfaces for initiating monitoring guiding agent behavior
• Collaborate with AI platform teams connect Zapier Agents core orchestration infrastructure
• Own projects end-to-end — from scoping architecture implementation testing support
• Improve developer experience observability deployment pipelines as product matures

Candidate Profile:

• Experience relational databases PostgreSQL MySQL
