About the Role As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer on the Entity Management team, you will spearhead the development of a new product that will remove the burden of compliance for our entrepreneurs, helping them focus on growing their business without worrying about paperwork. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing daily team operations, and mentoring and guiding engineers. About the Team The Entity Management team is responsible for building and maintaining tools that help small businesses manage the entire lifecycle of their legal and compliance needs, including incorporation. This means supporting business owners from the very first step of getting their company incorporated, all the way through ongoing compliance, account monitoring, and even dissolution if needed. The team9s mission is to simplify and automate these often complex, time-consuming processes, so business owners can focus on growing their business without worrying about government regulations.
