In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high impact in their current role and level while at Zapier. About You

While we hope that each of these bullet points describes you, we also recognize you can gain these experiences in a variety of ways. We care less about the titles you’ve had and more about what you’ve accomplished in your roles when hiring for your teams. Outcomes will matter, but so will your understanding of how you achieved them.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company.
- You have experience evaluating candidates for a variety of technical and product roles.
- You enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent for hard-to-fill Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles.
- You’re savvy at vetting technical talent to attain a high pass through rates through hiring manager screens.
- You have a high degree of AI fluency.
- You’re using AI in your work; you know where human intervention is still needed; you see opportunities as tech advances.
- Big plus if you’re familiar with Zapier.
- You're a trusted partner in talent who advocates creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- You advise interview teams on best approaches to fill positions.
- You are data-driven; track pipeline health; adjust search strategies based on data.
- You are resourceful; comfortable with ambiguity; can pivot quickly.
- Champion diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices.
- Comfortable driving and managing up; work autonomously but keep manager informed asynchronously.
- Provide an incredible candidate experience; sweat the small stuff but keep big picture in mind.
- Persistently helpful across recruiting team needs.
Things You Will Do
Zapier is a fast-paced remote-first company. No two weeks look exactly the same but regularly:
- Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates.
- Experiment solo or with team/hiring managers to maximize outcomes.
- Find or create new sources of talent beyond LinkedIn.
- Meet/exceed high standards for candidate experience ensuring inclusivity.
- Manage 5–10 requisitions at any time; consistently make 3+ hires/month.
- Leverage data & technology including AI/automation tools to improve hiring processes.
- Contribute internally to Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation by experimenting & innovating workflows/solutions.
- Meet/exceed KPIs for time to hire/fill & candidate NPS.
- Travel 5%–10% for company summits primarily throughout North America.
