We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing System Analyst to lead the end-to-end solution, design, and delivery of integrated manufacturing technology solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role will serve as the single point of contact for providing application support for manufacturing application systems, co-ordination with business stakeholder to ensure production operations working seamlessly. The role will partner closely with SAP cross functional, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and enable future-state capabilities across our manufacturing footprint. What you’ll do: Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair process: Have a deep understanding of Aircraft Assembly, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Repair process understanding. This includes both from engineering to shop floor manufacturing and scheduling. SAP PP-PEO module expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP PP-PEO (Production Engineering and Operations) module within SAP, including production shop floor order management for integrated complex manufacturing, production planning, product costing, production scheduling, and logistics execution. Understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications within SAP PP-PEO module, and be conversant with the integration aspects Customization and configuration: Have a deep understanding of configure and customization of SAP PP-PEO to align with specific business requirements at Archer  Enhance existing functionality, develop new features, and implement changes to support manufacturing processes and integration with other business areas, cross system integrations as well as integrations with 3rd party systems such as SCADA, Team Center Integration and interface development: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external SAP and non-SAP systems at Archer to establish seamless integration and efficient data exchange. Develop interfaces and integration solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Troubleshooting and support Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP PP-PEO functionality, working closely with end-users at Archer to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Offer technical support, troubleshoot problems, and implement enhancements to address system issues. Documentation and testing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and test plans at Archer. Ensure solutions are fully tested through the various phases such as unit testing, integration testing, and support end-users during user acceptance testing. What you need: 10+ years of experience in an SAP S4/HANA and MES Solution architecture. Demonstrated experience as an SAP PP or PEO Solution Architect. Proven track record of successfully installing PP/ PEO in previous projects. Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a must. At least 5 years of experience of architecting and delivering SAP PP-PEO solutions in a complex manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of SAP PP-PEO modules and their integration with other SAP modules. Experience with shop floor integration, SCADA, and Teamcenter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP PEO, SAP PP, SAP WMS, Working  technical writing or documentation Bachelor or Master Education in a computer, engineering, or technical field or equivalent industry experience. Aviation and/or Automotive EV background will be a plus, not a mandatory requirement. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
