The RAMPS team enables seamless fiat on/off-ramping — helping users transition between traditional finance decentralized applications. This is one of most mission-critical revenue-impacting surfaces in MetaMask expanding technical leadership support growing roadmap. What you’ll do As tech lead RAMPS team you will:
- Lead technical direction execution ramp-related features infrastructure
- Guide mentor team junior mid-level engineers (across backend frontend mobile)
- Build secure scalable systems connect users third-party ramp providers payments infrastructure
- Collaborate product managers designers engineers across MetaMask ship cross-platform features
- Maintain high code quality design discussions reviews testing documentation
- Help ensure reliability observability performance RAMPS services
- Own architectural decisions affect revenue-generating user flows
- Partner mobile extension teams create unified seamless ramping experiences

- 5+ years experience full-stack backend engineering roles
- 3+ years working mobile-based technologies
