Job Description for Strategic Account Director at DevriX:

About the Company:

  • DevriX is hiring a Strategic Account Director for global retainer accounts, working with the core management team from HQ in Sofia.
  • Role involves consulting, digital enablement, roadmap development, and collaboration with C-suite leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fast-paced role requiring leadership on ICP alignment, USPs refinement, TAM segmentation, channel strategy, full-funnel architecture, and solution design.
  • Manage contracts with clients from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Responsibilities include unpacking business problems, proposing data-driven initiatives, defining priorities, securing buy-in, and coordinating execution.
  • Requires extreme ownership balancing strategy and continuous monitoring of digital landscape and partnerships.

Key Goals:

  • Lead discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops for enterprise clients.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and propose data-based solutions.
  • Translate objectives into delivery verticals including service lines, initiatives, activations, deliverables, KPIs, resourcing, governance.
  • Present to CRO/CMO/CPOs adapting to their objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, project management, operations).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a strategic partner.
  • Package insights into frameworks, dashboards, narrative decks for clarity and action.
  • Explore cross-partner opportunities across client portfolio for collaborations and enterprise deals.

Role Requirements:

  • 8+ years in account/product management, consulting or enterprise client services in B2B SaaS, agency or martech environment.
  • Proven experience leading international accounts including strategic planning and commercial expansion.
  • Strong business acumen: understanding digital flywheels/growth loops, TAM calculations, GTM motions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively; run workshops individually while coordinating resources.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bulgarian; able to lead executive-level conversations.
  • Experience guiding stakeholders through ambiguous/evolving situations (recessions, layoffs, M&A).
