About the Company
DevriX is hiring a Strategic Account Director with EST availability to spearhead a portfolio of strategic accounts and work together with in-house delivery teams at our HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria. After 15+ years of delivering innovative GTM solutions and revenue enablement digital services with a US-centric portfolio, we look for a talented and accountable individual comfortable operating alongside other squads available in the evening hours (current shifts ending at 10pm or midnight).
Role Overview
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in developing effective digital roadmaps across all GTM motions, maps opportunities to revenue goals, and works closely with RevOps and finance on developing comprehensive roadmaps for global B2B businesses. Your work will be a blend of consulting, digital enablement, roadmap development with our portfolio of clients, and close collaborations internally with C-suite leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced role in a demanding environment, not a typical 9-to-6 corporate job. You will lead the conversation on ICP alignment and refining USPs, TAM segmentation, channel strategy, full-funnel architecture and solution design, ensuring that every roadmap reflects today’s B2B landscape and tomorrow’s growth potential. You will oversee contracts with clients ranging from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies, unpack business problems and propose data-driven, actionable initiatives, define priorities, get buy-in, and coordinate internal execution. The position requires extreme ownership, balancing high-level strategy for recurring clients and continuous monitoring on the 360 digital landscape (effective vs. underperforming channels, strategic deals in content syndication in the era of AI, nearbound partner playbook execution, innovative startups to adopt as early integration partners, and enterprise relationships to expand into in the process).
Key Goals
- Lead discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops for enterprise clients through a deeper understanding of economic forces and GTM motions, available market research tools, and our bespoke tooling developed internally.
- Identify gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies across processes (internal and partners), and propose data-based solutions for better measurable outcomes.
- Working hours overlapping EST as closely as possible – 1pm – 10pm local time through 3pm – midnight local time, with relocation possible after 7pm.
- 5-day on-site office availability (our full team is in-house and daily meetings and syncs are the norm.)
- Translate objectives into high-level delivery verticals: service lines, parallel initiatives, required activations across partners and vendors, deliverables, KPIs, resourcing, and governance.
- Present to CRO/CMO/CPOs as needed, adapting to their core objectives, fears, doubts, translating proposed business objectives to how their role benefits from execution.
