The Strategic Consultant owns Greenhouse’s largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagements via professional services. You will be an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, accelerating Greenhouse-led implementations and conducting system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management. High proficiency with Greenhouse Recruiting is only part of the skillset we're looking for. A successful candidate will be skilled at distilling complex needs into digestible workflows, and feels comfortable inspiring decision makers to action.

What you’ll do

  • Work strategically with our largest and fastest-growing customers to help upgrade their workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies
  • Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes
  • Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects at a time
  • Partner with customers for specific lengths of time to advise, educate, and facilitate changes based on your recommendations
  • Engage in change management and evangelism
  • Conduct account and workflow audits, including detailed recommendations

You should have

  • Extensive Greenhouse knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • 3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions
  • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic and thoughtful
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. If you are based in California, we encourage you to read this important information for California residents linkedhere. The national pay range for this role is $94,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role. Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
