The Role

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you'll own and grow our most important European relationships. This role combines commercial growth, customer success, and business strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives at fast-scaling fintechs, driving revenue, retention, and long-term partnership value.

What You Will Do

  • Own commercial and operational performance across European partners (NRR and ARR).
  • Build financial models for partners including pricing and growth scenarios.
  • Collaborate with partner Product teams to improve funnels, app placement, and product surfaces.
  • Manage multiple launches per partner annually (new geographies, products, promotions).
  • Understand partner business deeply; anticipate needs and guide scaling.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and externally for Gigs’ offerings.
  • Build trust with PMs, ops leads, CxOs, founders.
  • Balance commercial ownership with customer success (adoption, value delivery, retention).

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

  • Commercial ownership with experience carrying revenue targets and negotiating contracts.
  • B2B2C experience managing complex customers serving millions of end users.
  • Product fluency as a growth driver; ability to influence partner product direction.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships (PMs, ops leads, CFOs, founders).
  • Fintech experience navigating regulatory complexity and innovation pace.
  • Emotional intelligence to build trust with C-level stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Builder mentality comfortable with ambiguity in fast-scaling environments.

Nice-to-have

  • Early consulting background followed by partnerships or commercial roles.
  • Experience in telco, connectivity or embedded finance.
  • AI-native working style using best tools to multiply output.

Salary Range: Netherlands: €115000 - €130000 basic UK: £3100000 - £3111500 basic (Final offer depends on background and performance.)
