About The Team
You’ll join Prodigal’s Strategy & Operations team, the consulting arm of the company. We partner with creditors in consumer finance (Banks, NBFCs & BNPLs and debt collection agencies) to transform how they engage with consumers using data-driven insights and AI-powered workflows. The team sits at the intersection of product, data science, and client operations: designing strategy, building execution pipelines, and running experiments that deliver measurable lifts in recoveries and channel performance.
Role Overview
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work with the team to execute and scale high-impact strategies and initiatives for clients. You’ll both build and scale: owning live AI based strategies, testing new ideas, identifying and solving client challenges, and driving strategic initiatives. This is beyond a traditional consulting role where impact ends at strategic recommendations. Here, you will own strategies end-to-end, from design to live execution. You’ll have visibility over their direct, measurable impact on real business outcomes. You’ll operate in a high-growth environment with accelerated learning, full ownership, and continuous exposure to CXOs. The role also offers periodic travel to the US for client meetings and industry conferences, giving you on-ground global exposure. This role is designed as a fast-growth pathway into a Strategy & Operations Lead position, based on performance, learning velocity, and leadership readiness. Mode of work - 5 days in office
