Role Overview
- Position: Applied AI Strategy & Ops Associate
- Focus: Support and evolve internal tooling ecosystem across Operations.
- Role type: Hands-on individual contributor.
- Responsibilities include working with support platforms, AI-driven systems, internal automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration with team leadership to execute priorities and scale tooling effectively.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across operational stack.
- Build and iterate workflows, integrations, automations to improve efficiency.
- Support and improve systems including support platforms and AI-driven solutions.
- Translate problems into practical technical solutions.
- Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in tooling.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to improvements in system connectivity and operation.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, integrations, automation tooling; able to build/debug/adapt systems independently.
- Execution Discipline: Drive problems to completion; manage multiple priorities; maintain quality and reliability.
- Systems Thinking: Understand tool/workflow/dependency connections; improve system operations holistically.
- Problem Solving: Translate loosely defined problems into structured solutions.
- Ownership Mindset: Take responsibility for high-quality work and improving operations through tooling/processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows.
- Background in Operations, Support, or Customer Experience environments.
- Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks.
