On your day-to-day-

Interacting with users via chat, email, and video calls.
Assist with setting up customers for remote recording and offer live troubleshooting.
Ensure the highest quality customer service, while working in a remote environment.
Continuously learn and develop one's skill set.
Work with other teams to deliver the voice of the customer to our product team.
Work closely with R&D to solve issues fast and efficiently.
Provide our knowledge team with needed drafts for articles, internal knowledge, and training.

Requirements:

What will make you stand out?

1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer.
Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles).
Working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g. Pro Tools).
Based in Mexico.
Tech-savvy. Solution-oriented.
Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems
Quick learner and loves it.
Enjoy helping people.
High level of empathy
Native level English - must!
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High flexibility for schedule changes.
A minimum of 30 MBPS internet speed when working from home.
A degree in audio/sound engineering, audio recording program, or theater arts focusing on audio/sound, and or a related field is a plus.
