• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases on various topics (billing, pre-sales, optimization, implementation).
• Triage support cases by directing users to answers, code examples, documentation, or escalating as needed.
• Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions.
• Identify opportunities to improve support efficiency through tooling.
• Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage if experienced in testing.
