About the Role

This position serves as the critical bridge between mortgage operations and technical execution within the Encompass Loan Origination System. You will lead the analysis and design of system solutions, translating complex operational needs into technical configurations and reporting frameworks. By conducting gap analyses and creating detailed data flow diagrams, you ensure the platform evolves to meet high stakes compliance and performance standards while supporting the full mortgage lifecycle.

Most Important

• Specialized Expertise with 3 to 5 years in mortgage operations or LOS system support.
• Hands on Encompass Proficiency specifically 2 to 4 years of experience managing business rules, input forms, and workflows.
• Mortgage Lifecycle Knowledge encompassing a deep understanding of end to end processes from origination to closing.
• Requirements Documentation Mastery with a proven ability to write both functional and technical specifications.
• System Configuration Support including managing security permissions, access controls, and persona setups.
• Integration Oversight involving third party vendors such as credit providers, compliance engines, and pricing tools.
• Testing and UAT Coordination to validate system enhancements and manage production deployments.

• Technical Integration Skills using the Encompass SDK or APIs for advanced system customization.
