Position Summary:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and solutions to meet organizational technological needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and ensure smooth integration of hardware, software, cloud, and network components for efficient and reliable system performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand Systems and Cloud Infrastructure requirements.
Implement end-to-end systems aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
Create detailed system specifications including hardware, software, and network components.
Coordinate integration of hardware, software, cloud, and network elements.
Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of system components.
Ensure interoperability between system components.
Monitor system performance; identify bottlenecks or improvement areas.
Implement optimization strategies for efficiency, scalability, reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to system performance.
Identify risks and vulnerabilities; develop mitigation strategies.
Implement Cloud-native DevOps and CICD solutions based on application requirements.
Establish backup and recovery procedures for data integrity and continuity.
Serve as primary on-call Engineer for Cloud, Systems, Application Infrastructure one week out of six; secondary on-call one week out of six (frequency may vary).
Create user manuals, technical guides, operational procedures.
Strong proficiency in Linux and Operating Systems Layer Troubleshooting.

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
5+ years related experience; or master’s degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, software development concepts.
Proficiency in systems/cloud infrastructure design tools, configuration management, monitoring systems.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices/protocols.
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
