Talent Acquisition Lead
5+ Years BANGALORE Full-Time We are hiring our first Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale our hiring engine from the ground up. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will architect the company’s talent acquisition strategy, design scalable hiring processes, partner closely with leadership, and build the foundation for how Peoplebox attracts and hires exceptional talent. As the founding TA leader, you will directly influence company growth, hiring velocity, culture quality, and employer brand. What You’ll Own Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with founders and functional leaders to define hiring roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Translate growth plans into structured hiring strategies and measurable talent outcomes
End-to-End Hiring Leadership
- Own and optimize the complete hiring lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles
- Build structured evaluation frameworks to improve signal quality and reduce bias
- Drive data-backed decision making across sourcing, conversion, and offer acceptance
High-Impact Sourcing
- Build strong inbound and outbound talent pipelines for critical roles
- Leverage networks, referrals, events, communities, and creative sourcing strategies
- Establish Peoplebox as a magnet for high-caliber talent
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Design a differentiated, high-trust candidate experience
- Shape Peoplebox’s employer narrative across channels
- Represent the company in leadership hiring conversations and external forums
Process & Systems
- Implement scalable hiring processes, metrics, and reporting dashboards
- Improve speed, predictability, and quality of hires
- Evaluate and optimize ATS and recruitment tech stack
Stakeholder Management
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and talent assessment
- Influence leadership on talent trade-offs and hiring decisions
- Build alignment across teams on quality benchmarks
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong exposure to technology hiring
- Experience building or scaling hiring functions in high-growth startups
- Strong understanding of structured interviews, competency mapping, and talent calibration
- Proven ability to hire for complex, senior, and business-critical roles
- Comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SaaS or HR Tech ecosystems is a plus
