More about this role:
This role shapes the Doister lifecycle from candidate engagement to workflow, system improvements, and day-to-day collaboration globally. It blends talent acquisition and people operations focusing on optimizing processes, implementing simple yet powerful solutions, and creating a best-in-class Doister experience. Hiring level targeted is IC3 or IC4. Exposure beyond talent and people operations is expected through monthly squads working on company quarterly goals.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing offer letters. Elevate sourcing strategies using various platforms/networks.
- Proactively source candidates for business-critical or hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop/execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to align job descriptions and candidate shortlists.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn page, webinars, podcasts, events).
- Use feedback from candidates/hiring managers/teams to improve talent acquisition processes continuously.
- Onboard new hires ensuring smooth welcoming experience: create onboarding projects, prepare systems for success from offer signing onward.
- Own employee experience interface as primary contact for global team members; partner with People leadership to automate/manual support transition into scalable self-service solutions.
- Create/maintain documentation (core part of every role at Doist).
- Maintain accurate employee records ensuring data integrity across People Systems.
- Contribute to talent and people programs supporting company culture, growth, values.

Requirements

Our Process

Screening Call & Role-alignment interview with Nadia Vatalidis (Head of People). 2. Panel Interview with People peer/hiring partner Andrew Gobran (People Business Partner) plus one Doist leader assessing enablement/support alongside non-People team member.
- Paid Assessment Project evaluated by diverse panel inside/outside People Team to reduce bias (mandatory step).
- Final interview evaluating Culture-contribution with Amir Salihefendić (CEO).
