Here with a video to share a little more about the role and our team! This role plays a crucial role in shaping our Doister lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to elevating the workflows, systems and experience we are creating, as well as day to day collaboration with Doisters from around the world. This role is a blend of talent acquisition and people operations, focusing on optimizing processes, implementing simple yet powerful solutions and creating a best-in-class Doister experience. We are aiming to hire at a level IC3 or IC4. Although this is not a fully People Generalist role, there will be exposure and knowledge gained to areas outside of just talent and people operations, especially since we work in monthly squads across teams to meet our company quarterly goals.
