How You'll Make an Impact: As our Talent Operations Coordinator, you're the engine behind the talent machine. While our Talent Partners focus on finding and winning great candidates, you keep everything running smoothly; from spotless ATS data and seamless scheduling to job posts and the reporting that helps our team make smarter decisions. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in building order out of complexity, who sweats the details, and who understands that great recruiting operations are what allow great recruiters to do their best work. What You Bring to the Team:

  • Own the end-to-end offer process, preparing and sending offers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage complex interview scheduling across global time zones, coordinating between candidates and internal stakeholders with clear and professional communication at every step
  • Post and maintain open roles across multiple job boards and locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all postings
  • Own the integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse), keeping candidate data, pipeline stages, and role statuses accurate and up to date, proactively flagging anything that needs attention so nothing gets missed
  • Support the team with regular talent reports and contribute to maintaining dashboards that keep key hiring metrics visible and easy to act on
  • Assist with backend Greenhouse administration including settings, configurations, and general system upkeep as needed

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • Proven experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role. Talent or HR operations experience is a bonus but not a requirement
  • Highly organised with a natural instinct for managing multiple priorities at pace, without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Excellent written communication skills that are clear, concise, and professional in all candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with the ability to pull together clear reports using tools like Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail. The kind of person who notices when something's off and fixes it before anyone else does
  • Honest and transparent by nature, proactively communicating blockers and bottlenecks early rather than waiting to be asked
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, whether for drafting communications, research, or streamlining repetitive tasks

Bonus Skills to Standout

  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR operations environment
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable modern ATS
  • Experience building reporting or analytics across multiple platforms or tools such as ATS reporting, Sigma, Google sheets or similar
