How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Talent Partner, you'll be at the forefront of growing Cloudbeds' across the Latin America markets. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a dynamic mix of business-facing roles spanning Customer Success, Onboarding, GTM and more, balancing high-volume hiring efficiency with the strategic sourcing and networking skills needed to land candidates others simply won't find. While Latin America is your primary focus, you'll also have the opportunity to support hiring across other global regions. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds across the markets you serve.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Own the full-cycle hiring process for Customer Success, Onboarding and GTM roles, with LATAM as your primary market and additional scope across other global regions when required
- Balance high-volume hiring pipelines with proactive sourcing and outreach to consistently identify and engage strong candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Drive proactive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and other tools to build strong pipelines across LATAM markets
- Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse, maintaining data integrity and sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and leadership, influencing decisions and ensuring hiring strategies are connected to broader business goals
- Go beyond filling seats, proactively identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes and acting as a true specialist within your domain
- Serve as a Cloudbeds brand ambassador across LATAM, building a strong local talent network and staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Business-level written and spoken English is required
- Proven experience hiring across LATAM markets, with a solid understanding of local talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and candidate motivations
- Experience hiring for business-facing functions such as GTM (Go-To-Market), Sales, or Customer Success
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or a comparable modern ATS), and other sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Confident working with data from multiple technology platforms; ability to interpret hiring metrics to improve outcomes
- Proficient across G Suite (Google Workspace), Slack; Zoom; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow for sourcing research outreach or process efficiency
