About the role

The Work You'll Do

1. Resolve technical issues related to Tally integration, troubleshooting across various customer use cases.

Work closely with customers across India to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for Tally software.

3. Provide training, demos, and support on Tally software functionalities and integrations.

Address customer queries regarding product demographics, reporting, and customization needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvements and updates to Tally-related products and processes.

Ensure that Tally software configurations meet GST and taxation requirements, assisting clients with relevant compliance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Educational Qualification: Any graduate.

Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Tally software, including troubleshooting, integration, and customization.

GST & Taxation Knowledge: Understanding of GST and taxation processes in Tally (preferred).

Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

5. Customer Orientation: Ability to engage directly with customers, comprehend their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
