Our team of strategic advisors, onboarding experts, and technical account managers work side-by-side with customers to transform how they collaborate, build, and innovate1powered by agentic AI and Miros world-class platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to partner with Enterprise customers and help them maximize the business value of their investment in Miro. As a TAM, you will act as a fractional strategic advisor 1guiding customers through workflow optimization, driving AI-powered adoption, and embedding Miro into their innovation operating models to secure long-term value and partnership. TAMs are key players in evolving how the worlds most innovative companies Discover, Define, and Deliver new products and services. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will combine product knowledge, strategic insight, technical fluency, and change management expertise to drive measurable outcomes for your customers.

What youll do

Workflow Optimization Guide customers in designing and evolving workflows across the DiscoverDefineDeliver innovation lifecycle Recommend integration strategies and automation opportunities that drive alignment, speed, and business value Provide guidance on embedding Miro into the customers existing systems and ways of working Proactive Optimization Monitor platform health, engagement, usage patterns, and feature adoption Deliver proactive, insight-driven recommendations to deepen adoption of Miros core and emerging AI capabilities Change Management & Scaling Guide customers through change management processes to scale platform adoption across teams Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on goals and success metrics What youll need Experience & Background 5+ years in technical account management or customer success roles within enterprise SaaS environments Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including integrations with collaboration tooling platforms Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions and influence decision-making at senior levels Technical Skills & Expertise Familiarity with API integrations and automation platforms such as Zapier or Workato preferred Experience with data analytics platforms or BI tools is a plus Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences Whats in it for you Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans Opportunity to work remotely within US time zones or from Austin office location About Miro Miro is a leading collaborative online whiteboard platform designed to enable teams to work more effectively together regardless of location.
